Post Graduate Diploma in Management

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), is an AICTE approved Two years Full-Time programme. This programme is designed to equip the participants with fundamental management skills as well as in depth knowledge in the functional areas of business management. The programme has been drawn in consultation with the best curriculums and the industry experts.
It follows trimester system with each trimester of 13 weeks and a 6 week summer training project after third trimester.
The first year of the programme aims at introducing the participants to the conceptual knowledge and essential elements of the core functional areas of business management. It gives special attention to upgrading of the communicational skills as well as strengthening the cognitive skills covering a much wider area of operations.
The second year introduces the participants to courses, which are of strategic, synergistic and interactive in nature.
A participant is required to opt for an area of specialization (one major and one minor) from one of the following
  • Marketing
  • Finance
  • Human Resource Management
  • Information Technology
  • Operations Management
  • International Business

Highlights

  • Three terms in each Academic Year (3 months each)
